Planet and Kosmotras plan collaborative satellite launch this year

Planet is an airspace organization based in the USA. It controls a group of space vehicles, remotely sounding the Earth. Day by day, the enterprise receives images of our planet.

Recently, it has signed an agreement with an international space company called Kosmotras, supposing the launch of 12 Dove satellites. The document also specifies provisions for future cooperation of companies.

Devices will be used as an extra payload while launching Soyuz-2 rocket with space units Kanopus No.5 and No.6. The launch is scheduled for December 2018.
