Dynamic development of private space business requires legal support. Improvement of legislation in this business sector is one of the topics of InSpace Forum 2018 that will be highlighted by the expert in international tax law Inna Khavanova.
She is the Head of the Department of foreign constitutional, administrative, criminal law at the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation. She lectures international tax law as well as the taxation system in Russia.
In 2010-2012, Inna Khavanova was a member of the Confédération Fiscale Européenne, whose focus area is the conformity between tax legislation and business needs. She participated in the World Bank’s research called Doing Business, acting as the Russian Federation’s expert while preparing the figures for Paying Taxes.
Currently, Inna Khavanova is a member of International Fiscal Association (IFA), member of the public law section of the Academic council of the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law, author of 23 scientific publications.
At the conference, she will speak as part of the panel discussion “Development of legislation for support of private business”.
